For a refund request, email your account address, order reference, purchase date and reason. Requests are reviewed manually in accordance with our refund terms and your applicable legal rights.

To stop future renewal, use Billing settings. If cancellation is unavailable or fails, contact us promptly. Cancelling renewal and requesting a cash refund are separate actions.

Describe the expected relationship and what the result shows instead. Include the affected diagram version or a redacted screenshot when useful. Avoid sending confidential source material unless it is necessary to investigate the issue.

Include the approximate time and time zone, browser, task or version reference, and steps that reproduce the issue. If credits appear incorrect, include the relevant entry from your credit history.

To request access, correction, a copy or deletion of personal information, email from your account address and describe what you need. We may ask for proportionate verification of account ownership. Do not attach identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.

You can also manage memory, delete work in your account, or use account deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how requests are handled.

Identify the affected page, shared result or account, explain the concern and provide supporting details. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the work and the right you hold or are authorized to represent. For a security issue, share a minimal reproduction without accessing another user's private information.
