Your work and account
AI diagram agent uses account details to authenticate you and uses the messages and source files you submit to process diagram requests. Relevant material may be sent to the configured AI and storage providers for that task. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for the diagram.
Guest work and saved work
Guest work is temporary, with a 24-hour retention window. Signing in and claiming eligible guest work associates it with your account. Account conversations, source files and saved versions support continuing the work later. Deletion and retention behavior must be verified before public launch.
Sharing and memory
Work is private by default. A read-only sharing link is an explicit action for a selected result; it is not permission to publish the conversation or source attachments. Memory and project settings control permitted reuse of context. Review these settings before including confidential project information.
Questions and updates
The Contact page publishes the support address when it is configured. Operator identity, effective date and provider-specific details must be completed before public launch.
