How credits work
Free accounts receive 100 signup credits valid for 30 days, plus 20 daily credits granted when you visit while signed in. Daily credits expire each day. Paid plans receive their monthly subscription credits and do not receive a daily free allowance.
Subscription credits arrive monthly, including on annual plans, and expire at the next monthly grant. Annual subscriptions are paid in one yearly charge. The 1,500-credit pack costs $14.90 and never expires.
AI chat, generation and revisions use credits according to the task. Viewing saved work, manual edits, exports and sharing use no AI credits. A waiting task does not use credits simply for being in a queue.
Choose capacity, keep the core tools
All signed-in plans can work with supported files, saved diagrams, manual edits, versions, exports and sharing. Higher tiers provide more AI credits, larger input limits and more storage. The number of diagrams requested follows your task rather than a fixed output-count package.
Available credits, storage and task complexity apply. A PDF page limit concerns the input document, not the number of diagrams to receive. Source import support does not imply export support for the same file type.
Manage your subscription
You can cancel or restore automatic renewal in Billing. Cancellation keeps your paid benefits until the end of the paid period. Changes between paid plans or billing intervals are not available yet. Your existing credits and saved work follow the rules above.
Cash refund requests are handled manually through the published support contact. No automatic cash-refund action is provided on the website.
