Same-interval upgrades start a new billing period after payment, with unused time credited against the new full-period price. Review the final charge, tax and new renewal date before confirming.
Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches take effect at the end of your paid term, when the target plan is charged. Annual plans charge the full year. A confirmed change cannot be replaced; stopping future renewal does not restore the original renewal. You can subscribe again after expiry.
On upgrade, existing subscription credits keep their expiry and the new plan grants its first credit month. Annual credits are still issued monthly. Purchased and signup credits are unchanged. Immediate changes require at least 24 hours before renewal; next-period changes require at least one hour.

Questions about credits and subscriptions
AI chat, generation and revisions use credits according to the task, so there is no fixed price per diagram. Review your balance and usage in Credits. Viewing, supported manual edits, exports and sharing use no AI credits.
Tasks marked failed by the system follow the failed-task credit refund process. A waiting task is not charged just for being in a queue. A successfully delivered result that you dislike is not automatically a technical failure.
Opening checkout does not activate a paid subscription. Return to Billing to check the payment status before trying again. If you already paid but access has not updated, use the payment verification control or contact support before making another purchase.
No. Cancelling renewal keeps paid benefits until the end of the paid term and stops future renewal. Cash refund requests are reviewed through support under the Terms and applicable law; cancellation is not an automatic cash refund.
How credits work
New accounts receive a one-time gift of 100 signup credits that never expire. There is no daily free allowance. When your balance runs out, buy a credit pack or subscribe for monthly credits.
Subscription credits arrive monthly, including on annual plans, and expire at the next monthly grant. Annual subscriptions are paid in one yearly charge. The 1,500-credit pack costs $14.90 and never expires.

All signed-in plans can work with supported files, saved diagrams, manual edits, versions, exports and sharing. Higher tiers provide more AI credits, larger input limits and more storage. The number of diagrams requested follows your task rather than a fixed output-count package.
Available credits, storage and task complexity apply. A PDF page limit concerns the input document, not the number of diagrams to receive. Source import support does not imply export support for the same file type.
