Using the service
Use AI diagram agent for material you are entitled to submit and process. You are responsible for reviewing generated labels, values, relationships and other content before relying on or sharing a result. Generated diagrams can contain errors and do not verify a live system or source document.
Plans and credits
The Pricing page describes Free, Starter and PRO plans, the billing interval, included credits and the optional permanent credit pack. AI conversation, generation and revisions consume credits according to the task. Viewing, supported manual edits, exports and sharing do not consume AI credits. Available balance, file limits and storage limits apply.
Payments and support
A checkout must show the actual plan and payment amount before a purchase. Missing payment configuration does not create a purchase or a successful subscription. Cash refund requests are reviewed manually through the published support address. Final commercial and refund terms require operator review before public launch.
Questions and updates
The Contact page publishes the support address when it is configured. Operator identity, effective date and provider-specific details must be completed before public launch.
