Same-interval upgrades start a new billing period after payment, with unused time credited against the new full-period price. Review the final charge, tax and new renewal date before confirming.
Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches take effect at the end of your paid term, when the target plan is charged. Annual plans charge the full year. A confirmed change cannot be replaced; stopping future renewal does not restore the original renewal. You can subscribe again after expiry.
On upgrade, existing subscription credits keep their expiry and the new plan grants its first credit month. Annual credits are still issued monthly. Purchased and signup credits are unchanged. Immediate changes require at least 24 hours before renewal; next-period changes require at least one hour.
AI chat, generation and revisions use credits according to the task. Viewing saved results, manual edits, exports and sharing use no AI credits. Signup credits never expire. Paid plans provide more credits and higher capacity.

It can interpret visible structure and redraw it. Exact pixel matching is not guaranteed. Check important labels, arrow directions and relationships before using the result.
Yes. Select supported elements to change text, colors or positions. Use the conversation for larger changes, including revisions that affect several diagrams.
Yes. Registered users can export PNG, SVG, PDF and HTML or create a sharing link without a paid subscription. Exports use no AI credits. PowerPoint, draw.io and Mermaid source exports are not included.
No. Saved work is private by default. You choose when to create a read-only sharing link and can revoke access through that link.

A task marked failed by the system follows the failed-task credit refund process. Previously completed versions are preserved. A completed diagram that needs changes is not automatically a technical failure; you can refine it through chat or edit supported elements manually.
Completed generations and AI revisions are saved as versions. Use the version selector to view earlier results. A failed generation does not replace a completed version. Deleting saved work is a separate action.
Guest access lasts 24 hours; expired unclaimed work is scheduled for cleanup. Saved account conversations, files and versions remain until you delete them, delete your account or retention must otherwise end by law. Cancellation alone does not delete saved work. Backups and legally retained records can take longer to remove; see Privacy for details.
